Team Auction & Live Music

• You pick the OPEN Division Team or the Team POD you want to purchase.

• The base bid for Buyer Choice is $350.

• Once the Winner of the Buyers Choice Auction is determined, they will announce the team they bought. That team will no longer be available for Auction.

• If that team/pod actually wins at the end of Sundays Race, with the lowest SUNDAY time, the Bidder wins the predetermined payout. (Lowest time within the division purchased)

• Payments MUST be in CASH or CHECK or SQUARE only and pod’s must be paid for that night.

• Pods consist of one team from each Novice, Women’s, Sport, Snowboard Division PLUS a ‘wildcard’, which may be a team from any of the divisions listed above.

• 100 teams within these divisions have created 20 RANDOM Pods

• During the live auction, competitors & spectators bid, on a “pod” of teams they think will have the lowest accumulative Sunday time.

• You are allowed to bid on your own pod or pool the pod to bid on your own.

• Enter your bid on the pod you think will win, and if your bid is the highest, you have bought them.

• TIMING WITHIN THE PODS: DNF Ski teams will earn a time of 30.000 seconds

• TIMING WITHIN THE PODS: DNF Snowboard teams will earn time of 40.000 seconds

• At the end of the event, those who “bought” the teams with the lowest CUMULATIVE SUNDAY Pod time wins the predetermined payout from the POD auction pool.

• Payout is based on the amount of money raised within the POD Auction

• Places that will pay: 3 WINNERS will be paid from the Pod Auction (CHECK PAYOUT)
o 1st – 40%
o 2nd – 25%
o 3rd – 15%
o Charity – 20%

• Payments MUST be in CASH or CHECK or SQUARE only and pod’s must be paid for that night.
