Help us set up for the Grand Showdown! From tents and banners to fencing, the racecourse, and parking areas, you'll help build the event village that brings the whole weekend to life.

Parking & Shuttle Bus

Guide drivers to the best parking spots and check in guests heading to the event on the shuttle. It's a fast-paced, essential role that kicks off the fun!

Be part of the action by directing traffic, doing pre-check scans, helping walk-ins, supporting tailgating, and keeping parking running smoothly. Some spots include using a card reader and scanner, making this one of our most dynamic teams.

Event Entry Greeter

Greet guests as they arrive from the shuttle, provide direction, and answer questions. It's a relaxed, social role that keeps the event running smoothly.

Floating Volunteers

Be part of the setup team for parking, merch, and the beverage tent, assist with breaks, and keep recycle and trash stations in check. We'll direct you to the areas with the greatest need.

Event Breakdown

Support our final push by taking down fencing, rolling banners, organizing the parking area, collecting signs, and helping with any remaining teardown. It's an important, high-impact role, and flexible timing is absolutely welcome.
